After successfully building three LEED® certified buildings at a 3% construction cost increase or less, The Renschler Company has published the Renschler Green Guidelines — its approach to inexpensive, energy-efficient buildings. Instead of filling out volumes of paperwork, your new high-efficiency building can be authenticated in ONLY two pages of construction documents!

Rave reviews from the mayor’s office, city and state officials.

May be eligible for Focus on Energy rebates.

May be eligible for local government rebates.

We have been working with local city and state governments about implementing incentive programs for owners that follow these Guidelines. These incentives may be in the form of TIFF money, public recognition from the Mayor, etc. The City of Fitchburg is the first governmental organization which will be implementing the Green Guidelines in its Technology Park starting in the fall of 2008.

The Renschler Green Guidelines consist of two construction sheets with easy-to-follow, detailed instructions for architects, engineers, and general contractors. The requirements are low-cost changes that will effect the energy-efficiency of your commercial building in a positive manner. The standards and materials are easily obtainable to design and construction industry professionals.
