Use of daylight and occupancy controls to reduce lighting energy

Natural prairie to reduce or eliminate site runoff and reduce use of domestic water for irrigation
Development and implementation of an indoor air quality construction management plan, using LEED-compliant materials and finishes
Building commissioning
Construction waste recycling; specification of low and no-VOC paints, varnishes, and sealants;
