Phase III construction, completed in 2005, was a new 121,500 square foot warehouse, office, and production facility for Suttle-Straus and Roundhouse Marketing and Promotion. This new East Building doubled Suttle-Straus' existing space. This project won a VP Building "Best of Category" award for warehouses.

In 2002, The Renschler Company provided building design and construction services to expand the existing printing plant and warehouse. The second phase of the project involved remodeling more than 50 percent of existing space.
