This new two-story Communications Center houses 7 studio spaces. Almost two acres of existing trees were preserved on the 7.94-acre site. The owner had a strong interest in preserving the site and making the 34,687 square foot office building an asset to the community and the environment from the project start.

Aesthetic and sustainable design features include clerestory windows along the southern exposure, combined with high ceilings and reflective galvanized metal ceiling panels, to ensure exceptional daylighting in most areas of the building. White roofing, installed near the clerestory windows, enhances sunlight reflection into these windows.
