Occupants will luxuriate in 10 times the outdoor ventilation air required by Wisconsin building code. Strategically-located windows bring sunlight deep into the building — a smart business decision since studies have shown that natural daylight reduces stress, improves employee retention, and increases productivity of building occupants.
