This new multi-tenant building at 300 Progress Drive in the Cottage Grove Business Park is constructed of tilt-up concrete walls. The Renschler Company was the architect and general contractor for the project.

Tilt-Up Solutions was the subcontractor providing the tilt-up concrete wall construction. Metalrodika, a motorcycle customizing and accessorizing company, is one of the tenants. "The building is ideal for light manufacturing, warehousing, and retail businesses," according to owner Ken Buckley.
