Broadway Business Park    
photo of Broadway Business Park Car Wash    A laundromat and an automatic car wash are the first tenants of a 10,000 square foot building in the new 7.69-acre Broadway Business Park developed by Richard Fritz. The Master Plan for the Business Park, designed by The Renschler Company, consists of four additional buildings on the 1000 East Broadway site in Monona, WI. This project won a Best of Retail Category award by VP Buildings.
