GREEN CERTIFICATION
The RenewAire renovation is LEED Silver, Energy Star, and Green Globes certified! It received the first Green Globes award in the Midwest! The Green Globes' rating system was adopted from the well-established green building rating systems of Europe and Canada.

New, high-efficiency lighting, heating, and cooling have been combined with RenewAire’s air-to-air energy recovery equipment to provide energy savings of 30% a year compared to a building constructed to current building codes. Costs for the RenewAire renovation to reach LEED Silver levels was less than $1.50 per square foot for equipment upgrades! The owners started saving money on their energy bills the day they moved into their building.
