LAKEFRONT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING
Lakefront Supportive Housing is a new multi-use complex with 96 apartment units located in downtown Chicago. This facility incorporates many green/energy-saving features including solar hot water, wind turbine electric generators, a grey water system for flushing toilets, and a rainwater harvesting system for irrigation. The owner has received LEED Silver certification. The Renschler Company provided energy modeling, fundamental and additional commissioning services.
